On 31st March 2014, Michael Matheson (MSP) and Kenneth Gibson (MSP) visited Arran to see the development of Montrose House Care Home.

David Watts, Architect, North Ayrshire Council, explained how the design was developed to suit the end user needs whilst Ian Boyd, Senior Project Manager for Kier Construction, explained the progress and specification.

Both MSP's were very aware of the hub process and were very complimentary about retaining the end user involvement during the contrstruction phase and also keeping to schedule.
